Tai Calon Annual Report and Financial Statements

We were asked to design the annual report for Tai Calon Housing, to make what would normally be a typically run-of-the-mill document into something engaging for the readership. We adapted the style to reflect the surrounding area of Blaenau Gwent and used elements of these graphics throughout the report.

Tai Calon Community Housing is the largest social housing landlord in Blaenau Gwent with more than 6,100 homes across the three valleys, including 11 Supported Living Schemes.
