Announcing his new book Anand George said:
“Although I am always striving to innovate, the foundations of everything I do lie in the culinary inspirations I have picked up during my 5,000 mile journey from India to the UK. Compiling my first book has been a fascinating experience, taking me back down my own memory lane to revisit these inspirations, and charting the historic influences which created Keralan cuisine. I hope readers will enjoy the journey and also have a go at recreating my dishes for themselves.”
